5. Geographical Scope

All tours and experiences are limited to destinations within the Kingdom of Morocco. We do not offer international travel or services outside Morocco.

6. Booking Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the specific payment instructions provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior are not eligible for a refund. In cases where the tour cannot proceed due to conditions such as adverse weather or government-imposed restrictions, a full refund will be provided.
